Physician Orders
Did your doctor order labs for you and you don't want to leave the house? Send your lab order requisition, photo id and insurance card and we will come to you. Verify what lab (Ex: Quest or LabCorp) is in your insurance network so that your specimen can be taken to the correct lab for processing. Your insurance will only be billed for lab specimen processing only. We will collect our service and handling fee when scheduling. Therapeutic phlebotomy is the preferred treatment for blood disorders in which the removal of red blood cells or serum iron is the most efficient method for managing the symptoms and complications.
